How Does It Work: Security & Insurance

People & process security. Every move is delivered by hand picked engineers (DBS/SIA/BPSS/Security cleared where required) working under signed NDAs and a strict access protocol. We can provide a licensed close protection team to escort high-value or high-profile assets, coordinate with onsite security, and control loading bays and lifts.

A single PM owns the risk register, go/no-go gates, and approvals, ensuring all activity is observable, auditable, and accountable.

Employers Liability Insurance £10M

Covers injury to employees and subcontractors while work is carried out on your premises or ours.

Public Liability Insurance £5M

Protection against third-party property damage or injury during packing, access routes and on-site works.

Split-Load Risk Reduction Methods

We split consignments across multiple vehicles/runs to avoid single-point-of-failure, as well as staggering departures/routes for resilience.

Professional Indemnity Insurance £1M

Covers our advice, planning, RAMS, and project management related to relocations, cabling and build works.

Goods in Transit £250,000+ per vehicle

GPS-tracked vehicles, tamper-evident flight cases and signed chain-of-custody. Higher limits and additional vehicles available on request.

Packaging, custody & evidence. Hardware, rails, and peripherals are placed in lockable, foam-lined flight cases (and rack sacks where applicable), then secured with uniquely numbered seals/tags. Manifests, photo trails, and sign-offs create an end-to-end chain-of-custody.

Optional CCTV body/vehicle cameras provide time-stamped footage; keys and seals are controlled by a dual-signatory procedure. Split-load strategies can be used to lower aggregate risk for critical estates.

Transport, tracking & insurance. We operate unbranded, GPS-tracked, air-ride vehicles on direct routes (no hub transfers), with live telematics, geo-fences, and traffic diversions planned in advance. Secure overnighting is available in alarmed, CCTV-monitored facilities.

Your move is protected by Employers Liability £10m, Public Liability £5m, Professional Indemnity £1m, and Goods-in-Transit £250k+ per vehicle. Post-move you receive an evidence pack: seal logs, route report, photos/video, and signed delivery
